Espresso, Cafe, Cafe Cubano, Cafe con leche, Cafecito, Colada, Latte, it all represents one thing memories of my father growing up in a Cuban household the first thing you would smell was the coffee beans brewing in the morning and the spoon inside the aluminum cup stirring the sugar to make the foam. A Cuban tradition has always been to press your Cuban bread with a heavy spread of butter, and drink your cafe while dipping your Cuban bread into the Cafe Con Leche.
